Who doesn’t love a rib meat sandwich?

Ingredients;

Follow our recipe for  Smokey BBQ Pork Ribs and remove all the meat trying not to have a nibble of all that soft juicy rib meat. Add the rib meat to a pan and pour over 2-3 tablespoons of our Carolina BBQ Sauce. Heat slowly and stir combining the meat with the sauce. Toast some brioche burger buns and spread with Smokey Chipotle Mayo. Add the rib meat and slicer dill pickles. We had ours with onion rings on the side. A great tasty snack and worth all the effort. Make a meal of it with extra sides such as sweet potato fries.
