Standard delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 with free delivery on orders over £25.00 (Use the Promo code ‘FREE25’ at the checkout). Using the promo code ‘FREE25’ will reduce the basket by £3.95 (the standard shipping charge). You can still choose the £7.00 Express Shipping option and this will remove £3.95 from the total.
Standard Shipping 2-4 Days – We can guarantee that all orders will be dispatched next working day*. We mainly use Royal Mail 2nd Class as our shipping method which will take 2-4 days to arrive. Please note some deliveries (large items of high value) may need signing for on arrival. On occasions we will use MyHermes.
Express Shipping 1-2 Days
This option is only available Monday to Friday with no Saturday delivery option available. The majority of orders sent via this method will be via UPS Next Day. Tracking information will be supplied upon dispatch of your order. Orders placed before midday will be dispatched same day (Mon-Fri).
Place your order before 12 midday Thursday – Your order will be dispatched the same day and should arrive on Friday.
Place your order before 12 midday Friday – Your order will be dispatched the same day and should arrive Monday.
Place your order after 12 midday Friday – Your order will be dispatched Monday and should arrive Tuesday.
Fees quoted above as per ‘mainland’ UK delivery only, (including Northern Ireland and Jersey.) Please email us for a quote for shipping overseas.
International Postage Outside of the UK
Our website is only set up for UK and Northern Ireland (BT postcodes). For delivery outside of the UK please get in touch for a quote. Postage costs depend entirely on weight and size of the parcel. We have provided some examples below as a guide. Please note these prices are only as a guide and an exact quote will be sent to you once you get in touch.

Returns & Refunds

My Hermes and Royal Mail for the most part, we have found to be very reliable. However on very rare occasions things can go wrong unfortunately.
We should allow 15 working days until an item is declared ‘lost,’ please contact us if you have found this to be the case. If you have received a package damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify this.
We may ask that you kindly provide us with photographic evidence of the damage, firstly so we can learn from this and find a solution so it does not happen again, and secondly we would need this evidence if we were to make a claim against our shipment carrier.
