Standard delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 with free delivery on orders over £30.00, this is automatically applied at checkout.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – We can guarantee that all orders will be dispatched next working day. We mainly use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as our shipping method which will take 1-3 days to arrive (Sometimes this may be a little longer). Tracking will be provided in the dispatch email. Please note some deliveries (large items over 2KG and of high value) may need signing for on arrival. On occasions we will use DHL, UPS or other couriers for larger parcels over 2kg.
This option is only available Monday to Friday with no Saturday delivery option available. The majority of orders sent via this method will be via DHL and on some occasions we may use other Express couriers (we will always select the best option to get your order to you the fastest). Tracking information will be supplied upon dispatch of your order. Orders placed before 11am will be dispatched same day (Mon-Fri).
Express Courier Delivery to the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Due to courier collections at drop shops being at different times of day, we have set the cutoff at 11am so should have a chance of catching them that day for next day delivery. If they have already made a collection that day then the parcel will be delivered on the ‘Latest Arrival’ day as indicated in the examples below.
Examples of Express Shipping:
Place your order before 11am Thursday – Your order will be dispatched the same day and should arrive on Friday (Latest arrival Monday).
Place your order before 11am Friday – Your order will be dispatched the same day and should arrive Monday (Latest arrival Tuesday).
Place your order after 11am Friday – Your order will be dispatched Monday and should arrive Tuesday.
Our website is set up for UK and Northern Ireland (BT postcodes). Rates will also be shown for a number of International destinations including; Republic of Ireland, New Zealand, France, Sweden, Australia, USA and Canada at the checkout. If no postage appears and you want us to post to you, please get in touch and we will check postage rates and load these onto the website.

Royal Mail for the most part, we have found to be very reliable. However on very rare occasions things can go wrong unfortunately.
We should allow 15 working days until an item is declared ‘lost,’ please contact us if you have found this to be the case. If you have received a package damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify this.
We may ask that you kindly provide us with photographic evidence of the damage, firstly so we can learn from this and find a solution so it does not happen again, and secondly we would need this evidence if we were to make a claim against our shipment carrier.
