Who doesn’t love a crispy hash brown? These Salt & Pepper Hash Browns are deliciously addictive. Crispy hash browns tossed in garlic, chilli, ginger, spring onion, coriander & Salt & Pepper Chinese BBQ Rub. Finished with our Korean Sweet Chilli Sauce & sesame seeds. This is a super quick and easy recipe that can be adapted to suit you.
5-6 cloves garlic
Large thumb size piece of ginger
2 spring onions
1 red chilli
1 green chilli
1 tbsp Sesame oil
2 tbsp of our Salt & Pepper Chinese BBQ Rub
Finely dice your garlic and ginger. Slice the chilli, spring and onion. Add the sesame oil to a wok and gently fry all the fresh ingredients. Add in 1 tablespoon of the Salt and Pepper Chinese BBQ Rub. Meanwhile cook the hash browns until crispy. We used a deep fat fryer to get that extra crunchy crisp outer coating. Once the hash browns are cooked add them into the wok and toss so they are nicely coated in all the ingredients. Take the remaining rub and dust over the hash browns along with the chopped fresh coriander. Toss a little more and serve. Finish with our Korean Sweet Chilli Sauce, sesame seeds and more coriander.
