The pizza sandwich has become the staple of social media food accounts on TikTok and Instagram over the Summer. Once you have cooked your folded over pizza bread, you can literally stuff it with anything you want! After upgrading from the Gozney Roccbox to the ArcXL around the time of it’s launch in March 2024, we thought we would jump on the trend, starting with a classic. Stuffed with pesto, rocket, thinly sliced mortadella, buffalo mozzarella and some freshly grated pecorino.

Now we have smashed the classic, it’s time to start experimenting and get our range of world inspired BBQ rubs, seasonings and sauces involved. Watch this space and check out our other recipe ideas.
