Brew York based in, you guessed it, York, got in touch with us to create two hot sauces, produced using two of their IPA’s from their core range of beer.

Buffalo hot sauce with aged cayenne chilli mash. Infused with Coney Hazy session IPA, honey for sweetness, spices and West Country butter for that luxurious finish.

Juice Forsyth based fruity hot sauce with mango, pineapple and passionfruit. Additional flavour from carrot, garlic and the Aji Amarillo chilli with added heat from Scotch Bonnet.
