Brew York based in, you guessed it, York, got in touch with us to create two hot sauces, produced using two of their IPA’s from their core range of beer. Their Juice Forsyth IPA is an incredible fruity IPA and we wanted to bring out those flavours by matching it up with mango, pineapple and passionfruit. Their Coney Hazy IPA is great tasting session beer so we thought it would make the perfect base to a honey and butter Buffalo style hot sauce. Our 4th Collaboration sauce with Thornbridge Brewery. This time the legendary brewers wanted us to create a hot sauce with their Green Mountain Hazy IPA. After sampling a can or two (tough job but someone’s got to do it) I had a green theme in my mind. So we created this sauce with green jalapeno, Mexican tomatillo, lime, coriander and apple.
