Brew York based in, you guessed it, York, got in touch with us to create two hot sauces, produced using two of their IPA’s from their core range of beer. Their Juice Forsyth IPA is an incredible fruity IPA and we wanted to bring out those flavours by matching it up with mango, pineapple and passionfruit. Buffalo hot sauce with aged cayenne chilli mash. Infused with Coney Hazy session IPA, honey for sweetness, spices and West Country butter for that luxurious finish.

Their Coney Hazy IPA is great tasting session beer so we thought it would make the perfect base to a honey and butter Buffalo style hot sauce.
