Wagyu is a rare and highly prized breed of cattle originally from Japan, now also raised in the UK. It is known for its exceptional marbling, tenderness, and rich buttery flavour. The tallow (rendered beef fat) from Wagyu cattle has a uniquely smooth texture and a higher proportion of healthy monounsaturated fats compared to regular beef fat, making it both delicious and versatile for cooking.
It is made using Wagyu beef tallow from Warrendale Wagyu, a trusted UK-based supplier working with over 800 farms. This ensures the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and traceability.
This cooking spray is perfect for:
– Roasting crispy potatoes and vegetables
– Frying steaks, burgers, and other meats for extra flavour
– Greasing baking trays, pans, and grills
– Adding richness to eggs, stir-fries, or even toast
It’s a natural, flavour-packed alternative to butter, olive oil, or vegetable oils — ideal for everyday cooking and special dishes.
Wagyu Tallow Cooking Spray has a shelf-life of 12 months. You’ll find the exact “best before” date printed on the bottom of each can. For the best flavour and quality, store your spray in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
If your spray ever feels blocked:
1) Wipe the nozzle clean and try spraying again. If that doesn’t resolve the issue then…
2) Make sure you are applying lots of pressure to the grippy area of the nozzle. Pressing the nozzle too gently can cause the spray not to come out as a mist, or not at all.
3) Run the can under hot (not boiling) water for a few minutes to soften any hardened tallow in the nozzle.
4) Always store your can at room temperature (not in the fridge), as the tallow may harden in cold conditions.
