This punchy little number is great for adding serious flavour and colour to your BBQ meats. Leave to marinade for an hour or two, or for best results leave overnight in the fridge.

Think crispy lamb chops and slow roast lamb shoulder
Perfect for chicken skewers, thighs or whole rotisserie chicken.
Mix with a little yoghurt or oil and marinade meat shawarma.

Indian inspired BBQ rub, perfect for tandoori chicken, flame grilled lamb, pork and fish.

As with all our seasonings, they’re very versatile! Our seasoning works just as well sprinkled over veggies or a bashed out chicken breast and pan fried in a little oil.

Ingredients: Salt, sugar, paprika, curry (MUSTARD, cumin, fenugreek, ginger, fennel), beetroot, cayenne, onion, coriander, garlic, citric acid, yoghurt (skimmed cow’s MILK), mango, spices.
