Our recipe has developed over the years and includes the finest ingredients including the world-renowned chipotle chilli, Mexican oregano, bourbon whiskey and a unique blend of herbs and spices. The sauce is a perfect accompaniment to any dish. Designed for pulled pork, ribs or beef brisket. Why not add a spoon full to your burger or on the side to dip your wedges in. It can also be used as a marinade and great for crispy chicken wings.

We like to use our ‘Smokey Chipotle BBQ Rub’ on a rack of ribs and cook low and slow in the smoker before finishing with a glaze of our Chipotle & Bourbon BBQ Sauce. Also amazing on a pizza base as well as a little tomato and it will give it that extra zing and smoky flavour.

Ingredients: Tomato sauce (tomato, spirit vinegar, sugar, salt, spice and herb extracts, spice) (Celery), tomatoes, muscovado Sugar, onion, black treacle, cider vinegar, honey, garlic, Bourbon whiskey (2%), spices (MUSTARD), garlic, Chipotle chilli (1%), liquid smoke (water, natural mesquite smoke flavour).
