Indian inspired BBQ rub, ideal for chicken, fish, lamb, paneer and rice dishes.

Seasoning blend inspired by the cuisine of India, perfect for chicken, lamb, sweet potatoes & dahl. One of our customers favourite BBQ rubs. It also pairs beautifully with our Spiced Pineapple and Nigella Chutney.

Ingredients; Curry (Mustard, cumin, pepper, fenugreek, ginger, onion, fennel), salt, sugar, mango powder (11%), lime powder (8%), coriander, garlic, turmeric, chilli, cardamom.
