Beer and BBQ are two of life’s greatest pleasures. Jaipur India Pale Ale from Thornbridge Brewery is an excellent beer so when they got in touch about a collaboration, we were excited at the prospect of cooking up some new sauces.
With sweet mollasses, malt and hickory smoke, balanced out by the bitterness of Jaipur. This sauce is perfect for dipping, marinating or basting during cooking.
