Standard delivery is £3.95 with free delivery on orders for £35.00 or more (Use the Promo code 'FREE35' at the checkout).

 

We can guarantee that orders placed (and payment has been received) before 5pm will be posted the next working day. Smaller items such as individual rubs will be sent by Royal Mail, larger items such as gift tubes and sauces will be sent by courier. We often use MyHermes as a courier which will take 2-4 days to arrive. Please note some deliveries (large items of high value) will need signing for on arrival.

 

Fees quoted above as per ‘mainland’ UK delivery only, (including Northern Ireland and Jersey.) Please email us for a quote for shipping overseas.

Royal Mail for the most part, we have found to be very reliable. However on very rare occasions things can go wrong unfortunately.

 

We should allow 15 working days until an item is declared ‘lost,’ please contact us if you have found this to be the case. If you have received a package damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct this.

 

We may ask that you kindly provide us with photographic evidence of the damage, firstly so we can learn from this and find a solution so it does not happen again, and secondly we would need this evidence if we were to make a claim against our shipment carrier.
